SCOTUS: The Camp Constitution Free Speech Flag Case

My guest on today’s show is a returning guest; Pastor Earl Wallace.  Earl is the author of “The Three-Dimensional Leader:  Negotiating Your Mission, Resources and Context” which he has taught throughout America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East to help people to think differently so they truly can do better.

Earl is a patriot having served in the US Army.  He has been a high school English teacher, a Christian musician, a Bible conference teacher, and was a Tea Party spokesperson from 2008 – 2011.

In 2014, Earl founded the Liberty Christian Fellowship Church near Albany, NY.  There he serves as pastor and teaches that the Bible applies to every aspect of life, including civics.  Pastor Earl teaches “The Biblical Basis of The Bill of Rights” to call Americans to reaffirm our Biblical, God-given, Ten Commandments, unalienable rights, upon which American culture was founded.

Pastor Earl has volunteered at Camp Constituion for 11 summers, and has presented at numerous other events in multiple states as the Camp Construction 1st Amendment Specialist.

Today he shares with us the First Amendment, Free Speech Flag Case filed with the Supreme Court of The United States. Camp Constitution filed the case against the City of Boston, MA for refusing to let Camp Constitution raise the Chistian flag during a Constitution Day event at the Boston Commons in 2017.
